I’ve visited my parents house twice in the past six years. While on my visits, I used my analog cameras to take photographs of the spaces and portraits of things I missed the most. This project started with my medium format Yashica-A in 2011, which I was still learning how to use. When I developed the film in Barcelona, a lot of the photos came out unfocused. I found this error to be magical because it reflected the sensation I have of slowly forgetting the details of my old home. That is why I decided to included them in the selection. As an on going project, there are some pictures missing of the people and objects that are and were part of my life. I plan to take them on my next visit.

These photos are part of my Analog Photo Journal series.
